Through Resolution 1025/2026 (Official Gazette, July 21, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application to join the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan submitted by Pampa Energía S.A. – RDA Project Dedicated Branch for the so-called “Rincón de Aranda Project.” The initiative was classified as a Long-Term Strategic Export Project (PEELP) within the oil and gas sector and, specifically, the onshore exploration and production of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons subsector.
