Through Resolution 138/2026 (Official Gazette, June 24, 2026), the Secretariat of Industry, Commerce, and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Economy approved the Terms and Conditions of the 2026 Call for Proposals for the “Program to Promote the Development and Production of Modern Biotechnology and Nanotechnology” and invited the submission of projects to access the tax benefits provided for in Law 26,270 and its amendments. The call for proposals is open from June 24, 2026, through July 31, 2026, or until the tax allocation of $2,000,000,000 is exhausted, whichever comes first.
