ENACOM announced a call for bids for the award of radio spectrum frequency bands for the provision of reliable and intelligent telecommunications services – STEFI – and established new limits to the accumulation of radio spectrum. It assigns a 100 MHz lot free of charge for ARSAT to develop a strategic connectivity plan for the National State.
