On September 1, 2023, General Resolution No. 974/2023 issued by the National Securities Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby as of September 11, 2023, in addition to the provisions of the text of the STANDARDS (N.T. 2013 and mod. ) incorporated through General Resolution CNV No. 805/2019, new procedures were added that may be initiated and filled out through the Remote Procedures platform of the Electronic Document Management System (GDE), approved by Decree No. 1,063/16, observing the rules and procedures set forth by Resolution -2019-43-APN-SECMA#JGM of the Secretariat of Administrative Modernization, No. 90-E/2017.
