María Agustina Fanelli Evans is a Partner of the Public and Administrative Law Area. She joined the firm in 2000 and is a Partner since 2014.

She currently gives advice to numerous companies within the energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure industries, as well as within other highly-regulated industries, including: Naturgy BAN, Edenor, Transener, Pampa Energía, Claro, YPF Luz, Edet, Esj, on matters related to administrative law, constitutional law, economic regulation and litigation.

She is a lawyer graduated with honors from the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Santa María de los Buenos Aires (2000).

In 2005, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral.

In 2008, she attended the professional update program offered by the Academy of American and International Law, Institute for International and Comparative Law, sponsored by The Center for American and International Law, Dallas, Texas.

She has been recognized as an expert in the following areas by international publications:

• Administrative Law (Latin Lawyer, 2019)
• Energy and Natural Resources: Electricity (Legal 500, 2018)

In 2016, she received an award from RADEHM, a journal specialized in energy, hydrocarbons and mining law in Argentina.

• Professor of the Constitutional Judicial and Procedural Control course at the Master’s Degree Course in Administrative Law of Universidad Austral (2013 – present).
• Professor of the Utilities course at the Master’s Degree Course in Administrative Law of Universidad Austral (2008 – 2015).
• Professor at the Law Course of Studies of Universidad del Museo Social (2001 – 2007).
• She gave lectures on Administrative Law and Economic Regulation at various conferences and seminars.

She collaborates with the Argentine Journal of Public Administration Regime (RAP) and has published several articles and essays in journals specialized in the subject.
