Professional Experience

María Agustina Fanelli Evans is a Partner of the Public and Administrative Law Area. She joined the firm in 2000 and is a Partner since 2014.

She currently gives advice to numerous companies within the energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure industries, as well as within other highly-regulated industries, including: Naturgy BAN, Edenor, Transener, Pampa Energía, Claro, YPF Luz, Edet, Esj, on matters related to administrative law, constitutional law, economic regulation and litigation.

Education

She is a lawyer graduated with honors from the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Santa María de los Buenos Aires (2000).

In 2005, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral.

In 2008, she attended the professional update program offered by the Academy of American and International Law, Institute for International and Comparative Law, sponsored by The Center for American and International Law, Dallas, Texas.
