On November 10, 2022, the Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 743/2022 was published in the Official Gazette, by means of which a new fee increase system was established for the plans offered by the subjects covered by the Prepaid Medicine Law No. 26,682, and the co-payment system was extended.
