The Chief of Cabinet of Ministers issued Decree No. 742/2022 (published on November 10, 2022 in the Official Gazette) ordering the creation of a Technical Commission to analyze, evaluate and issue a technical opinion on the feasibility of including Prepaid Medicine Entities within the insurance activity regulated by Law No. 20,091, especially with respect to the solvency requirements of the system and its control.
