The Secretary of Energy of the Nation, by means of Resolution No. 284/2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on April 25, 2023, established that the companies owning the projects for the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources that were awarded Renewable Electricity Supply Contracts signed with CAMMESA within the framework of Rounds 2 and 3 of the RenovAr Program , or that were authorized to request their incorporation to the National Renewable Energy Promotion Regime that have not reached the Commercial Authorization Date, may request before CAMMESA the termination of their Supply Contract.
