On April 28, 2023, General Resolution No. 958/2023 (the “Resolution”) issued by the Argentine Securities Commission (“CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby the special regime for the incorporation of PYMES Mutual Funds (the “Regime”) was amended.
The amendment made by the CNV was focused on specifying by regulation the scope of the investment in Negotiable Obligations with social impact, within the special regime for the incorporation of PYMES Funds.
