By means of Resolutions N° 363/2023 and N° 364/2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on April 25, 2023, the Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE), in compliance with the provisions of Law Nº 24,065, Law Nº 27. 541 of Social Solidarity and Productive Reactivation within the Framework of the Public Emergency, as amended and supplemented, resolved to start the Comprehensive Tariff Review Process (RTI) for electric power distribution and transmission companies under national jurisdiction as from 06/01/2023. For this purpose, it will prepare, within 30 days, the guidelines and development schedule that will govern the RTI Process of the public service of electric power transmission and distribution.
