The Argentine Ministry of Economy, through Resolution No. 15/2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on January 16, 2023, instructed the secretariats and departments of the Ministry of Economy to issue the administrative acts in order to cancel the export drawback of the goods described as lithium, lithium oxide and hydroxide, lithium chloride and lithium carbonate, included in the tariff positions 2805. 19.90; 2825.20.10; 2825.20.20; 2827.39.60 and 2836.91.00 of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (N.C.M.).
