Through Decree No. 815/2022 (B.O. 07/12/2022) the National Executive Power extended for 1 year the term for the renegotiation of the Integral Tariff Review (RTI) in force, corresponding to the providers of public utilities of transportation and distribution of electricity and natural gas under federal jurisdiction.
It also extended the intervention of the Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad (ENRE) and the Ente Nacional Regulador del Gas (ENARGAS) including current mandates and appointments, for an additional term of 1 year or until the new tariff charts resulting from the RTI Definitive Agreements become effective as from 01/01/2023.
