Through Law 27,699 (BO. 11-30-2022) the Argentine National Congress approved the Modifying Protocol of “Agreement for the protection of people with respect to the automated processing of personal data”, also known as the 108+ Convention, signed in the City of Strasbourg on 10-10-2018, which translation into Spanish is an integral part of this law.
