Through Resolution 767/2026 (Official Gazette, October 15, 2026), the National Gas and Electricity Regulatory Agency (ENReGE) submitted the 2026 draft update of the Regulations for Natural Gas Storage—currently in effect under ENARGAS Resolution 41/2025—for public comment. The initiative proposes to unify the registration and technical treatment of onshore, port, and offshore facilities under a single regulatory framework.
