The long-awaited package of deregulation measures, implemented through the tool of Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 70/23 (hereinafter “Decree No. 70/23”) was finally published in the Official Gazette (12/21/2023). By means of this decree, after declaring a public emergency in economic, financial, fiscal, administrative, pension, tariff, health and social matters until December 31, 2025, the Executive Power established several modifications in regulations of the area of health.
