The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Nation (MAyDS), as Authority of Application of Decree No. 31/23 which declares as a priority the national public policy corresponding to the sustainable management and management of the resources used by the National Public Sector (NPS) agencies and in use of the powers conferred by the same, issued Resolution No. 107/2023. It was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on March 21, 2023, and it resolved the creation of the “Sustainable Public Buildings Program for the National Public Sector Agencies” within the orbit of the Advisory Cabinet Unit of the MAyDS, which was created by Decree No. 124/21, whose general objective is to promote the sustainable management and management of resources through good sustainable practices of consumption and habitability in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 31/23.
