The Ministry of Energy, through Resolution 161/2026 (Official Gazette, July 14, 2026), identified, through tariff classifications, certain depreciable movable assets related to the generation, storage, and transmission of electricity from renewable sources, as well as to energy efficiency, which will be eligible for the benefits of the Incentive Regime for Medium-Sized Investments (RIMI) without having to meet the minimum investment amounts required under the regime.
