By Resolution 166/2026 (Official Gazette, July 22, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy approved the new Procedure for the Export of Liquid Hydrocarbons and Their Derivatives and established the Registry of Export Operations, in which all export notifications, any objections raised by the authority, and the Certificates of Free Export issued must be recorded.
