By Decree 389/2026 (Official Gazette, May 27, 2026), the National Executive Branch authorized the signing of a guarantee agreement in connection with a loan granted by the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) to the Province of Santa Fe in the amount of up to one hundred fifty million U.S. dollars (USD 150,000,000). The financing will be used for the “Comprehensive Urban and Metropolitan Logistics Program for Greater Rosario, Santa Fe.”
