The General Inspectorate of Justice extended until December 31, 2026, the exceptional regime for the regularization of financial statements and related documentation, originally established by RG IGJ No. 4/2025 and subsequently extended by RG IGJ No. 6/2025. Furthermore, the regulation expands its scope to include financial statements with a closing date of June 30, 2026, and mandates the use of the new digital filing system implemented by the agency.
