By Resolution 123/2026 (Official Gazette, June 1, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy set the purchase price of biodiesel—intended for mandatory blending with diesel fuel—at one million eight hundred fifty-eight thousand four hundred twenty-four pesos ($1,858,424) per metric ton, pursuant to Law 27,640, for transactions to be carried out during the month of June 2026, and until the publication of a new price to replace it.
