By Resolution 93/2026 (Official Gazette, June 2, 2026), the Secretary for Production Coordination, acting within the authority of the Secretariat of Industry, Commerce, and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Economy, approved amendments to the regulations governing the sale of auto parts and safety components covered by Annex C of Decree 779/1995, which implements Law 24,449 on Traffic and Road Safety.
