Through Resolution 124/2026 (Official Gazette, June 1, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy set the minimum purchase prices for bioethanol produced from sugarcane and corn, intended for mandatory blending with gasoline, pursuant to Law 27,640. The measure applies to transactions to be carried out during the month of June 2026 and until the publication of a new price to replace it.
