CNV: Further Deregulation of Open-Ended Mutual Funds Through a New Automatic Authorization System

The National Securities Commission introduced a reform to the regulations governing Open-Ended Mutual Funds (FCIA), moving toward a system of automatic authorization for public offerings and simplification of regulatory procedures. The reform aims to expedite the processes for establishing and amending FCIA, while maintaining the Commission’s supervisory and enforcement powers.

General Resolution No. 1147/2026 established that it would take effect on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette, that is, on June 12, 2026.
