On October 11, 2023, Resolution No. 830/2023 of the Secretariat of Energy (hereinafter the “SE”) was published in the Official Gazette, which establishes during the period between October 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024, the application of the Power Reference Prices (POTREF) and the Stabilized Energy Prices (PEE) in the WHOLESALE ELECTRIC MARKET (MEM) determined for the “Level 2 – Lower Income” segment, currently defined by Resolution SE No. 612/2023 to the electricity demand declared by the Distributing Agents and/or Public Distribution Service Providers of the MEM, whose concession or area of influence is located within the Province of Neuquén, or by other providers of the public electricity distribution service within the area of influence or concession of the Distributing Agent, as destined to supply users who are fruit, wine, horticultural, forage and cold storage producers affected to the agricultural production of the Province of Neuquén.
