Through Resolution 119/2026 (Official Gazette, May 20, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy approved the Regulations on the Transportation of Liquid Hydrocarbons (RTHL), applicable to transportation systems that cross two or more provinces and/or are intended for the total or partial export or import of crude oil, its derivatives, and natural gas liquids.
