On May 18, 2023, Resolution No. 905/2023 of the Secretariat of Commerce was published in the Official Gazette, revoking the “Guide for the Notification of Economic Concentration Transactions” -which was approved by Resolution No. 40/2001 of the former Secretariat for the Defense of Competition and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economy- and approving the “Regulations for the Notification of Economic Concentration Transactions”. The Resolution will become effective 30 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, that is, on July 6, 2023.
