On November 30, 2023, Resolution No. 23/2023 issued by the Secretariat of Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Innovation was published in the Official Gazette, approving the documents: (i) Guide for the preparation of Environmental Impact Studies – 2023 Edition and (ii) Guide on public participation in environmental assessment.
