On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1135/2026 , thereby ordering the initiation of the “Participatory Rulemaking” procedure regarding the draft resolution proposing the implementation of an automatic authorization regime for public offerings of closed-end mutual funds. The draft resolution is part of the CNV’s recent policy aimed at simplifying public offering authorization procedures through automatic authorization regimes.
