The CNV is seeking public comment on the creation of an automatic authorization system for “extended medium impact” projects

On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1132, thereby initiating the “Participatory Rulemaking” procedure with respect to a draft proposal to amend Chapter V of Title II of the Rules (N.T. 2013, as amended), through the creation of a new public offering regime with automatic authorization for “extended medium impact.” The initiative is part of the agency’s policy aimed at expanding the use of automatic authorization mechanisms, seeking to simplify access to the capital markets without neglecting standards of transparency and investor protection.
