On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1136 , thereby initiating a participatory rulemaking process for the proposed reforms under the regulations regarding the “Draft General Resolution on the Update of Prospectuses and the Elimination of Prior Authorization for Global Programs, Frequent Issuers, and the SME Regime”.
