Through Resolution 676/2026 (Official Gazette, May 13, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application for participation in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan submitted by Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. Dedicated Branch 1 (TGS SD1), in its capacity as a Single Project Vehicle (VPU), regarding the project titled “Expansion of Section I of the Perito Francisco Pascasio Moreno (GPM) Gas Pipeline,” within the “Oil and Gas” sector, “Transportation and Storage” subsector.
