Through Resolution 562/2026 (Official Gazette, May 11, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application for participation in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (“RIGI”) and the investment plan submitted by Pacific Rim Mining Corporation Argentina S.A. (“PACIFIC RIM”), in its capacity as a Single Project Vehicle (“VPU”), regarding the mining project known as “Diablillos,” located in the border area between the provinces of Salta and Catamarca.
