On November 12, 2023, Resolution No. 384/2023 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development was published in the Official Gazette, which approves the guidelines for the environmentally sound management of the incineration operation, and the minimum requirements complementary to Law No. 24,051 and its Regulatory Decree No. 831/93, on hazardous waste.
