Through Decree 273/2026 (Official Gazette, April 24, 2026), the National Executive Branch declared a matter of public interest the private initiative submitted by Inverlat Investments, S.A., Service Trade, S.A., Inversiones Peirod, S.A., and BV Investment, S.A., for the project titled “Renovation, transformation, enhancement, operation, administration, and commercial exploitation of the Retiro passenger bus transportation hub and its ancillary uses,” relating to the Retiro Bus Terminal (ETOR), located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
