On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1137/2026, thereby ordering the initiation of the “Participatory Rulemaking” procedure regarding the draft resolution that proposes to introduce amendments to the regime for the digital representation of negotiable securities—tokenization—and to extend the term of the regulatory sandbox applicable to said regime.
