Through Resolution 202/2026 (Official Gazette, August 12, 2026), the Secretariat of Energy of the Ministry of Economy approved the call for a public tender and invited interested parties to submit bids for the award of a public works concession for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the expansion project for the “AMBA I” High-Voltage Electric Power Transmission System, under the provisions of Law 17,520. The procedure will be conducted through the CONTRAT.AR platform, under file No. 34-0003-LPU26. It also approved the General Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms and Conditions, and the Technical Specifications and their annexes.
