The National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1145/2026, published on June 11, 2026, in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. The regulation marks the final stage of a regulatory process initiated by General Resolution No. 1132/2026, pursuant to which a draft regulation was submitted for public consultation through the Participatory Rulemaking Process (“EPN”) provided for in Decree No. 1172/2003.
The General Resolution No. 1145/2026 established that it would take effect on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette, that is, on June 12, 2026. The full text of the Resolution can be found here.
