Through Resolution 247/2026 (Official Gazette, May 6, 2026), the National Electricity Regulatory Agency (ENRE) authorized Empresa Distribuidora Sur Sociedad Anónima (EDESUR S.A.) and Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte Sociedad Anónima (EDENOR S.A.) to use, as an alternative to the wording approved by ENRE Resolution 75/2026, the abbreviated phrase “Res SE 379/25-Demand Management” on the Public Utility Bills (LSP) of users enrolled in the Energy Demand Management Program. The regulation took effect on May 14, 2026.
