Through Decree No. 2371/2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Buenos Aires on 01/11/2023, the Provincial Executive Power regulated Law No. 15,325 by which the Province of Buenos Aires adhered to the promotional, tax, fiscal and financing benefits established in National Law No. 27,424 that establishes the “Regime for the Promotion of Distributed Generation of Renewable Energy integrated to the Public Electric Grid”.
