On March 29, 2023, it was published the Resolution No. 731/2023 of the Superintendence of Health Service in the Official Gazette, whereby it was resolved to create the SISTEMA ÚNICO DE REINTEGRO POR GESTIÓN DE ENFERMEDADES for the “implementation and administration of the funds destined to financially support the Health Insurance Agents, for the recognition of assistance benefits of low incidence and high economic impact and those of prolonged treatment”, thus replacing the SUR system.
