By means of Resolution 576/2023 the Secretariat of Energy (SE) resolved to increase the subsidized consumption cap for those residential users that do not have access to natural gas service, have been categorized in Level 3 – Middle Income (according to Decree No. 332) and are located in certain regions of the “Cold Zone”. The cap will increase from 400 to 800 kWh/month and will be applicable from 06/01/2023 to 08/31/2023.
