In order to move forward with the objectives proposed in the “Regional Agreement on Access to Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean”, signed by Argentina within the framework of the United Nations, better known as the “Escazú Agreement”, on October 3, 2023 the National Government presented the “National Plan for the Implementation of the Escazú Agreement”.
