Through Resolution 109/2026 (Official Gazette, May 4, 2026), the Secretariat of Energy approved the Final Winter Seasonal Schedule for the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) and for the Wholesale Electricity Market of the Tierra del Fuego System (MEMSTDF), covering the period from May 1 to October 31, 2026. In addition, the regulation established, for the May–July 2026 period, the seasonal prices for energy, capacity, ancillary services, and transmission applicable to the demand of distributors and public distribution service providers.
