By means of Decree No. 281/2023, the Executive Power approved the Regulation of the Regime for the Promotion of the Automotive-Autoparts Industry and its Value Chain (Law No. 27,686) with the purpose of promoting investments in the automotive sector, based on tax incentives to be applied to the investments made by the beneficiaries.
