On November 14, 2022, Resolution 504/2022 of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic by means of which the “National List of Existing, Controlled, Restricted and Prohibited Chemical Substances and Products” was created, derogating the existing list created by Resolution 192/2019.
As stated in the resolution, this list is created in order to consolidate an information base on regulated substances and chemicals produced, marketed and used in the country with the aim of facilitating the application of national regulations and compliance with international environmental commitments undertaken.
