On January 4, 2024, Resolution 2/24 of the Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad (ENRE) was published in the Official Gazette, by means of which a Public Hearing was called in order to inform and hear opinions regarding the proposals of the concessionaires of the public electric power distribution service, EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA NORTE SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDENOR S. A.) and EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA SUR SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDESUR S.A.), in order to obtain a transitory adjustment in the tariff.
