Through art. 1 of Resolution 682/2023 (B.O 05/15/2023) ENACOM approved the Regulation on Administration, Management and Control of the Radio Spectrum, in accordance with the provisions of the Argentine Digital Law N° 27,078, news long awaited by all the telecommunication sector.
