Through Resolution 75/2026 (Official Gazette, June 8, 2026), the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy approved the lists of goods corresponding to productive investments in irrigation systems and/or equipment, hail protection nets for the agricultural sector, and movable property, which may qualify for the Incentive Regime for Medium-Sized Investments (RIMI) without being subject to the minimum investment requirements set forth in Article 181 of Law No. 27,802.
