On June 1, 2026, with its publication in the Official Gazette, the Executive Branch regulated, through Emergency Decree 409/2026, the “Registered Employment Promotion Program (PER)” included in the Labor Modernization Act (Law 27,802) with the aim of enabling employers with unregistered or inadequately registered workers to rectify the situation and obtain benefits.
